Location, Location, Location. Actually enjoyed my stay this by weekend at the Dolphin Embankment Resort. It'due south proximity to shopping, dining, and piece of cake access back to the interstate was great. Liked the mini-fridge in the room every bit well. The property is right on a very wide white sand embankment. Plenty to do around the area, and the Tiki Bar by the puddle was too awesome. The rooms were dated, but clean. Overall had a great fourth dimension.

The rooms are very spacious , we had a nifty view of the embankment and sunsets from our 3 rd flooring room, the pool was excellent and loved that the resort was on the embankment and loved the big parking area for vehicles and it has a lot of surrounding stores and restaurants in walking altitude .

Property is a niggling run down. Needs a deep cleaning in areas. Beds were comfy. They kept the pool clean and swept out by it every morning. Michelle our housekeeper was great and helpful whenever we needed anything! Food at the bar outside was e'er good!

Our kickoff room had a horrific smell which they tried to remedy with carpet fresh, but to no avail— they said it was in the ductwork. It was no issue to switch rooms and the 2nd room smelled much better. The suites were roomy with lots of places to store our items only housekeeping only comes every third day and the place is baseline on the dirtier side. Everything is former and breaking/Shower faucet coming out of the wall, Bathroom door didn't stay closed or locked, merely oh well. The pool area was nice and the people there were very friendly. It is right on the beach which made information technology super convenient to go dorsum-and-along. Restaurants are nearby then are grocery stores and drugstores if yous need them. Our room had a microwave and a refrigerator so we were able to proceed yogurts and fruits for the kids to eat as snacks. I would non go back but I wouldn't say it was horrible. Merely OK
